Students must be at least 15 years old to start driver's education in Washington state.
What if I need to miss a class?
Students may miss no more than three classes during a course, these need to be made up. If more than three classes are missed, the student is disenrolled without refund. The student may re-enroll, standard course fees apply.
If I am 18 or older can I still enroll in drivers ed?
Yes! In fact, it is common for our classes to have students who are 18 or older. However, we also offer private driving lessons for those adults who do not wish to enroll in a formal driver's education program. These lessons are charged at an hourly rate.
