Testing Services

• License Express account log-in information is required to test
• The License Express testing software has an audible option. Bring a device to test on, as well as headphones/earbuds. An iPad may be borrowed from the school for testing.
• Study the Washington State Driver's Guide. 
• Testing is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Russian

Photo ID is preferred to test (i.e., state-issued, passport, military, tribal, school, or yearbook). If you are under 18 and do not have a government ID, bring a birth certificate, a parent on the certificate, and their ID. Be sure to pre-register with the DOL prior to testing. Your License Express log-in information is required to take the test.  If you have a Washington State ID or permit, be sure to enter your "WDL" number in the permit box during registration. It's ok to leave the expiration date blank.

• Must have passed the knowledge test within the past two years.
• Be prepared. Learn what's on the test. 

Tests are by appointment. This includes the use of a school vehicle. Personal vehicles will not be used at this time except for Ignition Interlock Device (IID) required drivers.
